Good morning everyone,

so that was the catch! Thank you very much. I didn't know anything about taxation in old age.
How high would that be approximately? Can someone tell me?
I would finance for 20 years and get a little over 1100,- back annually.

Hello!

Give us a crystal ball and we’ll tell you!

Many factors play a role here! Just ask your advisor! After all, he wants to sell you these products and obviously did not inform you about possible risks!

Selling the property can also be painful!

OK, so complicated again. Well, then I will ask him. Also why he hid that from me...

even if you ask the advisor, you will not get an exact answer: Zitat vom Verbraucherschutz Niedersachsen: "the exact values used to calculate your back taxation rate for back taxation include a formula that changes with each year until your retirement. Therefore, no one can calculate for you today how the rates and values will look in 35-40 years."

Hello

that is why these are forecasts. I have received a conservative forecast. At least the salesperson must be able to calculate the tax benefits + interest in the shadow account. This then forms the calculation basis for taxation in old age
