Reveal insulation strips on windows - replacement necessary?

I see 18.5 cm there, once with 14 cm and once with 12 cm reveal insulation strips.

Correct, from masonry (Ytong) to clinker brick it is always approximately 18-18.5 cm. The confusion probably arises from the different pictures, as I once measured the distance from masonry to brick and another time only the reveal insulation. The picture alignment was not perfect. The facade insulation was correctly executed everywhere with 14 cm.

Spoke with the window installer, he currently sees no problems but will come back to take measurements again.

Windows will be installed/sealed according to the attachment
