If I have the offer, I can tell you exactly. According to his information, the material costs are about 100-150 euros net per apartment.
The hourly rate for the master electrician is 55 euros net.

Whether the number of hours is necessary, you'll only find out if you accompany the work. And if you would mistrust the electrician in this, he would be the wrong one anyway.
