Retention tank on the property, what opportunities does it offer me?

Hello,
A 10.4m³ retention cistern is already installed on the building plot.
5.2m³ of this is intended for self-use of the water.
I think that if you already have this option, you should also use it.
However, I do not want to use this for toilet flushing and washing machine. The filtration entails additional maintenance and installation costs.

I have already looked at various options. But I am still unsure.

What ideas and possibilities are there to integrate the water for garden use and similar purposes?

Well. You can, for example, water with it.

Sure. It's just about the implementation of these possibilities.

The implementation of these "possibilities" is exactly like an outdoor water tap. Only that after a longer dry spell eventually nothing comes out.

What exactly do you want to know?

Well, there is just a concrete cover on the cistern.
So if I take the obviously cheapest solution, I would take a replacement pump and pump the water out with a hose.
But pulling off the concrete cover every time is not exactly practical.
Basically leaving the cover off is also somehow not an option.
Honestly, I have no idea how this can be solved at all?
So I need some ideas.

The pump is firmly installed in the cistern and a fixed pipe goes outside, where you set up a withdrawal point (such as a faucet or similar). Google MALL Umweltsysteme. There you will find many graphics and information on what it looks like.
