Hello dear forum,
we are planning the construction of a single-family house of about 240sqm with a slab foundation.
For this, we had a soil survey conducted and the following result came back:

Geology of the foundation area
Periglacial-fluvial deposits, sandy to sandy-silty, above Weichsel glacial moraine

Soil layers
Layer 1 0.00-0.30 m topsoil and fill OU, SW
Layer 2 0.30-2.50 m fine sand to medium sand SW
Layer 3 2.50-4.20 m medium sand, alternating clay-silty
SW, ST*
For layer 2 at < 0.5 m: For layer 2 at 0.8 m:
Ks = 36 MN / m3 at b = 1.0 m Kg = 72 MN / at b < 0.5 m
a = 300 kN / m2 a = 240 kN / m2

Soil classes:
Layer 1 1-3, Layer 2 3, Layer 3 3-4

Groundwater situation
Groundwater at 3.8-4.0 m, temporarily accumulating seepage water in the foundation area not to be expected

Foundation / earthworks
Load-bearing slab without frost skirts or strip foundations, h = 0.8 m,
Bearing layer 20-25 cm (DPr > 0.98)

Infiltration of surface water
Vertical structure with filter zone from 0.4 m in layer 2

Can anyone now tell me if this is a good or bad result?
Do I now have to expect increased costs for the slab foundation due to poor soil or am I even lucky and the opposite is the case?
I would be very happy about your experience and opinion.

Best regards,
Saldier

Everything completely normal. No additional effort detectable.

I think it really can't get much better.

My predecessors have already confirmed to you that you no longer have to worry about this aspect because of the soil survey. Great, I am happy for you.
My information is therefore only interesting for those who are reading along here and may have a similar question. It can also be the exact opposite, that due to the soil survey the base slab becomes cheaper (for us by about 8,500 euros) and the earthworks more elaborate (we have no offers for this yet).
