Residential Riester: Using tax advantages without further subsidies?

Because of the 20,000 euros in the Riester contracts, I was already able to withdraw them for self-used residential construction. I first had it reallocated into a pension fund to "secure" the profit. Afterwards, I submitted an application to the ZfA of the German pension insurance. This was recently granted to me. Maybe you could ask your bank advisor about it? It worked for me.
