Requirement for admissibility of the septic tank

It's me again, this time with a different topic.
Our desired property is located in a settlement. The houses there have septic tanks. Now I have read that since 2015 these septic tanks must meet a certain standard to remain permissible.

So my question is, do I understand correctly that the septic tank must be a closed system, have at least three chambers, and have a so-called biological treatment unit? In other words, if these requirements are met, is my septic tank permissible?

As written above: In settlements. This was standard there. In the case of this settlement, there are 4 houses located about one kilometer outside the city. No additional sewage system was installed there.

In many small towns. For example, in Grieben, Löwenberger Land, Brandenburg. My daughter has that there. It is only required that the pit be sealed. The wastewater is regularly collected and picked up according to the amount of fresh water used. If you need the collection truck in between, that is also possible, but it is really expensive (currently 25 euros in addition to the wastewater volume).
