Requesting recommendations for construction supervisors or construction receivers

Hello,
we have purchased a plot of land in the south of Munich :) [HR][/HR]Now we are looking for a suitable construction manager or builder who will build a turnkey single-family house on our behalf and coordinate all trades. We would like to build a single-family house as a Kfw 70 or Kfw 55 house with modern heating technology (geothermal heat pump or groundwater heat pump).
We would be very grateful for recommendations, preferably from a construction project in this area.

Recommendation: If possible, separate construction supervision/monitoring from the general contractor/contractor. So in this case, hire an external party who has nothing to do with sales and construction.;)

For the plant engineering, also provide for external planning/dimensioning before it goes to the plant manufacturer!
