Hello "inexperienced". As an expert (specialist), a parquet flooring company (a master company!) would certainly be a good option. For such an assessment, public appointment as an expert is not necessarily required. For example, if the master parquet layer were to come to the conclusion after (partial) removal of some floorboards that the support beams could not remain damage-free for the next 20 years, then the next specialist needed would be the carpenter. But this direction is mentioned here purely hypothetically. I do not see my task as causing the "worst-case scenario". This means: all possibly occurring problems can be solved calmly. Well-meant advice: Please involve only a master company for the assessment of the floorboards. ----------------------- Best regards: KlaRa
