Replace load-bearing partition wall in prefabricated timber frame house

A good carpentry company can manage that with a structural engineer. Most prefabricated house companies do not do such things; they are not interested in that.

Do you have any idea how much something like this costs? The dimensions are 90 passage, then 1960 wall, and then another 90cm passage... the wall itself is 17cm thick and is marked with a wooden beam as a support ... unfortunately, the photo cannot be uploaded

Of course, it's hard to say; the structural engineer around 500-800€, if he gets the framing plan from the house builder then possibly 300-500€, the bracing on the width 2-4000€ but it could also be cheaper, I know from an acquaintance who only paid 2600€ total, there were no problems

Without plans from the house manufacturer, the entire structural analysis may need to be recalculated. However, a good manufacturer already provides the structural analysis during construction and also hands over the fabrication plan to you. The more you can get there, the better.

Steel in timber panel construction is, by the way, not unusual; I have used several HEA and HEB as non-visible girders and for load transfer from a dormer.
