Do you have triple glazing?
Do you have external insulation on the house?
Three companies came here, none recommended triple glazing, because there is no insulation and mold can form.
Then one company from Weru came,,,,,, he says if the masonry is thicker than 30cm, there is no mold with triple glazing. Of course, you still have to ventilate properly.
And the best part, triple glazing is subsidized by KFW, so you get 20% of the total amount reimbursed.

Actually, we went with triple glazing (and also had it subsidized). But we also have about 3-4 cm external insulation + facing brick. So no problem.
Without insulation, I would have gone with double glazing.
What you could do to find out more precisely: investigate the wall structure from the building documents and research the U-value. Pure stone (without special filling etc.) has a relatively poor U-value... even if the wall is quite thick...
