Hello everyone,

I plan to build and rent parking spaces for cars on my property. The property is built over with our residential house by 1 meter. My residential house is located on 50/3 and the undeveloped property is 50/1.
I want to pave a parking lot along the street and rent out about 6 to 7 parking spaces.
My question is, how will the property tax for the property change? At the moment I pay about 50 euros per year. With the construction, it becomes a commercial property and the tax will be calculated very differently with a different assessment rate, etc.?

Why? Where there is no plaintiff, there is no judge. You only have to pay taxes on the income.

So you mean there won’t be a new tax assessment if I don’t take action myself? And what about the building application and approval? I have to apply for that, right?
