Hello everyone,
we want to partially plaster the walls in our children's room instead of wallpaper. We have now removed the old wallpaper (which had slight mold stains) and unfortunately, part of the wall came off with it. Now I'm wondering if we need to do some repairs before we can apply the plaster. We bought Multiputz at OBI. I also took a few pictures of the wall. In addition, I wanted to apply mold blocker primer before applying the Multiputz to prevent mold formation. Can someone tell me if we can do it this way or if this is complete nonsense? We also have ready-made filler, but that probably won’t be ideal for filling these areas, right?

yes hello first of all. You write, you want to plaster? The plaster is already there. You want to renovate it? Why? There is no mold visible in the pictures. With the components shown you certainly won't go wrong but what do you want to achieve?

Yes, there was wallpaper on the wall and it was no longer nice and had slight mold infestation. Since it is supposed to be a nursery for our baby, the mold must of course be removed. And we want to apply rough plaster on the wall instead of new wallpaper. We already have it like this in the living room. But I'm not sure if the multiputz will hold on the wall without a "new" primer or something similar. Here is a photo of the living room wall - it should look approximately like this. And currently, no consultations are offered at the hardware store

I am not familiar with the topic in question, but have you really thought it through about the [Rauputz] in the children's room? When I think about how often my little one (1.5 years old) has already bumped into the wall while playing, I don't even want to imagine what the bruises would look like on a [Rauputz] wall. This is meant as a suggestion and not criticism.
