As a structural engineer, I know that I am personally liable for my response. Therefore, no one with sense will give you an answer. The answer seems very trivial, but the structural analysis is 50 years old; who knows what has happened in the meantime. Hire a structural engineer, who will inspect the site and give you an answer. If it is as shown in the plans, it will cost you around 200-300€.

perhaps just one fundamental question for understanding then. That would already help me a lot.

If the beam in the living room runs completely from outer wall to outer wall (I can determine that by tapping the plaster), is it then still possible that this beam is supported at another point?

Do you mean by exterior wall the actual exterior wall (top and bottom in the plan) or the side partition walls to the neighboring houses?
Of course it can still be supported there. There are walls underneath. Even a continuous beam benefits enormously if it is supported in the middle. So: ask someone who does this professionally and looks at it on site. There may also have been changes after the plan was created.
