Relocating a wall including window installation - costs?

Hello everyone,

my family and I are considering moving part of a terrace wall outward in our mid-terrace house (see construction drawing). Do you have any idea what this would cost and are there any specific building regulations to consider?

Who planned that for you? They also took into account that a wall from the upper floor rests on the ceiling above the wall to be demolished. Be sure to involve a structural engineer.

As for the costs, ask an architect or better yet a contractor who will then carry it out for you.
