Relocating a non-load-bearing wall - What must be considered?

hello dear forum, we have bought a condominium that is not yet finished and would like to have a non-load-bearing wall altered. Do you have to pay attention to anything, e.g., underfloor heating, ventilation system, flooring, distance to the entrance door (since it goes to the exterior wall), pipes, etc.? Unfortunately, I am a layman in this area. I would be glad to receive tips on what to consider. I will have the actual masonry done, but I want to think about everything in advance. thank you very much best regards

Why don't you discuss the whole thing with the construction contractor who is building the apartment? Underfloor heating-heating circuits, etc., should already be adapted to the new room layout.

thank you very much for the answer kbt09. that is what I want to do but I would like to know what to consider so that I don't ask stupid questions or can ask targeted questions. it is about a maximum of 2sqm change.

If a non-load-bearing interior wall is omitted, nothing happens. For underfloor heating it would be more critical to want to anchor an additional interior wall exactly where heating loops run in the floor. Omitting it creates in this respect "at worst" two partial areas of what is then a unified room, but assigned to two heating circuits, and where nothing runs under the omitted partition wall.

But since the heating installer comes after the masons, he will already see that the wall is not there. However,

meaning that its course should be different, the matter looks a bit different - especially if the wall is already standing and the floor is already finished.

But the tip to discuss this with the apartment provider is in any case very important. This question cannot be asked with varying degrees of foolishness, it is always harmless.

Changes are agreed upon with the construction company. There is no other advice to give on that.
