Relocate heating pipe

Hello, I would like to relocate my heating supply line.

It comes from the floor (tiles), not from the basement.
2 pipes.
The pipes should be laid about 55cm to the left to the other wall so that the heater can be installed there.

How complicated and expensive is this?
