Hello,

, supposedly the supports are there to prevent the ceiling from sagging.

, the supports are planned a bit differently than you marked (see attachment).

Hello ,

thank you for your reply. Interesting that someone else has something like that. As far as I know, no steel beam is planned in the ground floor ceiling so far.

So then thin ribbed slab and with little steel...

Well, so far there was a lot of steel everywhere, that is in the base slab under the basement and in the exterior basement walls, which our shell constructor found remarkable. I am not sure right now if we have already received the reinforcement plan for the ceiling above the ground floor, but I assume that there is a lot of steel in there again. That's why we are questioning it, the energy consultant said that with enough reinforcement in the ceiling you could do without the steel supports.

Not allegedly, that's correct. For this purpose, they are positioned exactly right; at the outer corners, they would be more complicated to insulate thermally. Therefore, neither the construction worker nor the energy consultant should be surprised about it. The office dog understood it immediately :-)

We also have that in at least one place. It was required next to the 4cm thicker ceiling due to the statics.
