You get discounts based on sales, on relationships, and not when you flaunt a business license

For building materials, "company prices" are not necessarily cheaper. The purchase quantity counts there as well. As a self-builder, you can arrange excellent conditions with a building materials dealer.
Private customers have better warranty claims than companies. That should be taken into account.
In purchasing for a single house, having a business license usually does not provide an advantage.

Yes!
But you also have to _read_ what is being communicated to you here.

OffTopic... Thanks for this hint! All three episodes were available on Prime for 4.50 euros. We watched all three back-to-back simply because it was so delightful! My personal highlight was the bathroom exhibition. Until now, I could never understand why green or pink bowls and basins were installed back then. But well presented with lots of light and air, they don't seem as bad as later in the 4sqm bathroom ;)

I have them on DVD :D (Prime didn't exist yet)

Off topic: there is another one from the Semmelings where they go on a ski vacation. Also good :)
