So with my gas boiler (also Junkers) the connections for filling are directly next to the heater (your photo only shows the heating circuit distributor).... I haven't filled it myself yet. Back then my cousin (heating and sanitary installer) told me to call him if the pressure drops below 1.0... they refill the pressure with a "cartridge" and I shouldn't use normal water...
