I will probably implement the garden house now with this wall construction. Thanks again for your suggestions.
I have another question. I am now at the topic of the foundation.
I have already read quite a few suggestions for foundations for "garden houses" on the internet. They range from paving slabs, to point foundations, to slabs.
I tend towards a slab foundation. The most reasonable construction for me at the moment would be:
Reinforced concrete approx. 20cm
PE foil
15cm gravel
Is that enough, or do you have to go through the full effort like with a proper single-family house with a frost skirt up to 80cm deep?
Our soil is Brandenburg forest soil. That means about 10cm topsoil and then comes straight sand.
Does it matter for the construction of the foundation/slab whether you want to install water/sewage/electricity in the garden house?
We might want that someday. I would integrate empty conduits into the slab for that now. But do I then have to build the slab differently?
