I can say little about that. Electrosmog and its effects on humans and animals have not been (conclusively) proven. Epidemiological studies are often cited when it comes to electrosmog - however, I have not found any linked, nor any references to the research institute or the respective scientific study itself. I do not want to fundamentally dismiss the problem of electrosmog, but sleep disorders can have a wide range of causes; attributing these exclusively to E-smog would be too shortsighted.
Various methods are offered to isolate rooms against E-smog; search the internet for "Elektrosmog" - but I do not want to comment on the effectiveness of the respective methods.
