I am very sensitive to electrosmog and have already banned all technical devices from my sleeping area. However, a high-voltage power line runs near my house. I fear my sleep disturbances stem from there. Is there a possibility to "isolate" a room against electrosmog?

I can say little about that. Electrosmog and its effects on humans and animals have not been (conclusively) proven. Epidemiological studies are often cited when it comes to electrosmog - however, I have not found any linked, nor any references to the research institute or the respective scientific study itself. I do not want to fundamentally dismiss the problem of electrosmog, but sleep disorders can have a wide range of causes; attributing these exclusively to E-smog would be too shortsighted.

Various methods are offered to isolate rooms against E-smog; search the internet for "Elektrosmog" - but I do not want to comment on the effectiveness of the respective methods.

I think so too (please don’t take it personally dear thread opener): The phenomenon of electrosmog is by no means proven, rather it is refuted. And really many people don’t “suffer” from it, which actually would have to be the case given the multitude of devices.

People react differently to electromagnetic pollution. Whether it is dangerous is debated by experts. But for my well-being in the bedroom, I have removed some technical devices and lo and behold, I sleep better.

This topic is sometimes also blown out of proportion and sometimes there are psychological reasons. But whoever feels better without electrical devices in the bedroom just has to do it that way.
