We do not have an expert report because yellow sand appears from 40cm. I was told that this is ideal building ground. We then installed and compacted the removed topsoil in layers with 500t (approx. 297cbm) of concrete RC (Recycling) 0/45 grain size. Costs for us are €10.45/cbm (net). Carried out as own work and a civil engineer from the family will surely have given good advice. :)

10.45 including transport? That is very cheap! Sometimes good if the gravel pit is only a few km away. I already pay 11.5€/cbm for pick-up.

10.45€ was only material, we picked it up ourselves via 27 trips from a distance of 3km. :)

I filled 50-60cm with filling sand on gravel soil, also about 500t. My deep foundation specialist (also funny, in the family) said the same. Compact layer by layer and water well, then everything is perfect. For terraces, driveway, etc., I then got another 200t of RC.

We would have had to get other stuff from further away, so everything ended up being RC.
