Hi again everyone,

Thanks Tego for the warning. So far, however, I haven't received any messages. :) Which would also be a waste of time, because we are already well taken care of with Interhyp. They have already suggested several banks to us, and we have also chosen a favorite. The application just needs to be submitted. :) as well as the [Kfw] application. But that somehow gets off topic now. :)

In principle, it is invested equity capital, which should be used first anyway. Whether the lending bank will retroactively reimburse these invoices must be asked at the bank.

Yes; however, the costs should have been taken into account in the overall calculation at the time of application.
