Recommendation for a rain shower

Hello everyone,

do you have a recommendation for a rain shower system?
I have a rather large (120*250 size shower niche in our bathroom and would like to have a nice rain shower.
Ideally, directly with a cascade function for cooling down after the sauna session.

Do you have a recommendation?

The design will certainly play a big role here as well, so you should try searching for images in the search engine of your choice. Basically, you can't go wrong with local products like Hansgrohe.

We have decided on the Hansgrohe Rainfinity with large overhead shower. Can be assembled as desired. Not exactly cheap, but makes a good impression.

At the hotel, I recently had a Grohe Smartcontrol control element, where you could turn on the water at the entrance with the push of a button. I found this spatial separation of on/off/hot/cold and the rain shower great. No contortions in the shower to turn on the water without immediately being showered with cold water. If only I had seen that before the sample selection...

We have been showering with the Smartcontrol for twelve weeks now and are completely satisfied and enthusiastic.
