Hello,
I am currently planning the recessed spotlights on the ground floor. I have learned that I need to use a recessed mounting cup to avoid conflicts with the insulation. Now I have noticed, for example at [Bromberg], that it is pointed out that the recessed light must not be installed in a mounting box.
I wanted to install a recessed spotlight of this kind with a GU10 in 5 and 8 watts, depending on the lighting.
For this, I now need your help. Which recessed light would be approved for the recessed mounting cup?
It is important to me that the lights can be replaced or that I buy recessed spots without lights so that I can vary them.
Is there a cheaper recessed mounting cup than those from Kaiser and which ones are recommended?
Thanks for your feedback
