Whether a financing of approximately 850,000 should be feasible. According to the general loan calculator, this should not be a problem, because more or less the rent is being converted to repay the loan.

In general, we are aware that we can finance it, as our salary should tend to increase, but still, I do feel a bit uneasy with such a high amount.

With the income and no plans for children - please just stay in Munich or the commuter belt.
It’s a horror that the wealthy Munich residents drive the already totally absurd prices in the countryside even higher and then sit there as a couple in their luxury palaces...

(Not meant entirely seriously, just morning frustration. Of course, you can go wherever you want, and everything between [Wasserburg] and [Rosenheim] is definitely nicer than Munich, but believe me: the Munich residents are not welcome there.)

We will try to stay as close to Munich as possible. Whether north or south is not yet decided because both have advantages and disadvantages for us.
