I was not thinking of terrace tiles or something like that, I would list those separately as an item, but rather the technical things like water, electricity connections. Well, unfortunately I am not finished with the topic yet, what I have to calculate.

a good construction loan adapts to your situation. If the advisor is any good, he will find a model that is flexible enough and still provides security.

Discuss your situation during the consultation and you will see whether the advisor is competent or not. Your situation is not unusual, so it should be easy to take these things (Kind2) into consideration.
