Ready double garage price discount

Hello everyone, I have received three offers for the double garage (approx. 6mx6mx2.8m in Baden Württemberg): - Ott Garage: approx. €20,000 (after consultation with the advisor --> approx. 5% discount + 3% cash discount) - Zapf Garage: approx. €20,000 (the advisor proposed €19,500. However, I am allowed to name another price and he will discuss it with the sales manager) - IBK: approx. €17,500 (the advisor previously spoke of approx. 3% discount without detailed knowledge) I am aware that the final price is not directly comparable (due to concrete quality, transport, length, height...) What is your experience with negotiating with prefabricated garage providers? Thank you very much for your response.

Are the offers really comparable?

Equipment gate/electric/drainage/possibly green roofing/windows/door/color/plaster quality, foundations, crane, ...?

One can compare conditionally. I have decided for IBK: - Ott: the field salesperson did not keep an appointment with me 3 times. Here I received verbally 5% discount + 3% cash discount - Zapf: also 3% discount. My proposal of 10% was rejected. I think one can negotiate to about 5% - IBK: here I received about 9% discount - Kemmler: verbally about 6%
