Hello,

first of all, there are no more wall panels made of stainless steel. These were called Imperativ and are now only available in frosted glass. The only remaining version in stainless steel look is called Fastbo. This is a thin chipboard covered with a stainless steel foil. For example, you can also cut it or drill it out and install your sockets on it. There is absolutely no space behind these things as they are currently mounted directly on the wall. Glued, screwed... At some point, there will be again a connecting rail into which they can be slid. Unfortunately, this is not available at the moment, but it may return. However, there is only a few millimeters of space behind this rail, so it would also be too little for your cable. Better get yourself some stylish sockets and mount them on the wall panels.

Thank you for the quick response. ...you already helped me a bit!

Do you or does anyone know if there is an installation manual for these panels available for download somewhere on the internet? ...so that I can take a look at it in advance? It would be great if there was something like that!

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Best regards Stephan

Hi,

there is really no assembly instruction for this. The things should be 60x50cm in size. You brush the back with silicone/acrylic/all-purpose adhesive and stick them onto your wall/tiles. The rail that will be available again at some point consists of an upper and lower part, each with a groove. These are 120cm long, are screwed to the wall, and the panels are simply pushed in from the side.

Hello

regarding the rail:
Go to your local hardware store... there you can get a U-profile made of aluminum quite cheaply in all kinds of widths... ;)
