Now you are generalizing very much. Not all banks and not all advisors, agents, or salespeople are complete idiots.

That was in response to your statement. I don't think the advisors are complete idiots, I found all 3 advisors quite decent. Everyone cooks their own soup. It's really impossible for a layperson to compare the two banks. I have already calculated extra costs of 6-7000€ for Bank 1 alone that I pay because I have to take out their (overpriced) building insurance, building savings contract initiation fee, checking account maintenance fee, building savings account fee. It's disgusting.

P.S. Bank 1 does not withdraw the €10,000 repayment subsidy from the KFW Bank after 1 year and continues calculating with 1.5% after 20 years. Bank 2 withdraws the €10,000 after 1 year and continues calculating with 5% after 20 years :mad::confused::eek::oops: Bank 3 pretends as if the KfW loan ends after 20 years and calculates with 1.3%.

I would never agree to a loan where I have to do something. I don't have to do anything.
