So the building permit is already there and excavation has already started this week. Our construction company is very open to changes. I can still change all the window sizes until the appointment with the window maker.

there is news. I just spoke with the city, and as expected, the 1.50m to the outer wall is unavoidable. In my opinion, I now have two options.

1) Both dormers on the north side are enlarged as much as possible, but only so far that the staircase and dressing room are not affected
2) Enlarge the bathroom dormer as much as possible (without the dormer extending into the staircase) and swap the positions of the bedroom and dressing room (dressing room on the outer wall). Then the bedroom dormer could be pulled to the maximum.

The question is how it would look if the bathroom dormer is only about 2.30m and the bedroom dormer about 3.20m and not symmetrical to the bathroom dormer? Unfortunately, Google doesn’t provide any images on this. Anyone with experience?

So you mean you don't immediately get eye strain when looking at it? I told our architect to make a view for both versions. Then we'll see how it looks.
