Our notary unfortunately does not have a representative.
I found this here:
"Prior to this, the notary requires the [Grundschuldbestellungsformular] from the financing credit institute. Once this is available, an appointment for notarization can be arranged. After notarization, the notary submits the document to the land registry office, where the [Grundschuld] is then entered into the land register. The lender receives a copy of this deed from the notary and the updated land register excerpt from the land registry office."
