Well, it’s a stalemate. You have to get along well and hope that the other party is always financially solvent with an older property.Buying a condominium without considering the regulations of the WEG would be a no-go for me. Renovations/repairs/insurance issues/general electricity/reserve fund formation, etc. If you want new windows or a new apartment door, the owners' association has to decide on it (by the way, this applies to everything related to the common property).
