Purchase land and house from the developer in two contracts

I thank both of you for the valuable information. I also notice that the individual construction and service description in the form of prices as a supplement to the construction description does not mention gross or net at all. It is logical that no net prices are offered to me as an end customer, but the value-added tax is also not shown.

I will go through the contract again and address this with the BT.
