As a tip: The notary receives a lot of money from you. He doesn’t get that just for having an employee copy a purchase contract from a few text modules. No, he also gets it for properly advising you and clarifying exactly these questions.

So call the notary, communicate the issues, and be happy with the result.

The notary must still be neutral and answer all legal questions you have in this regard.
