Your insinuation is completely correct, I do not moderate forums, but only people in direct contact. Alarm bells or not – does doubt not apply on the internet? Isn’t the achievement of a presumption of innocence present here? If a moderator were to approach a suspicion – wouldn’t they do so in exchange with the "suspect" instead of publicly?

In the age of online influenza, skepticism is more than warranted.
The associated online tribunal is correspondingly merciless

Skepticism is certainly correct and important. It is an achievement of our current legal certainty and personal freedom that skepticism does not immediately turn into accusations. That is / would be a societal regression.

Right, normally something like that is deleted at the first suspicion. There is no time for legal certainty. The Google crawler only needs seconds to minutes to rank a website higher because the product name and company suddenly appear everywhere, or a YouTube video goes viral. For the person behind it, that means cold hard cash.

I have several Google certifications and have already worked directly with this corporation - so I am not completely clueless regarding the volatile indexing and ranking mechanisms.

"No time for legal certainty" is extremely scary when you think it through consistently. Especially when things need to move quickly, a clear priority of values is helpful.

Deleting a post in a publicly accessible but still privately operated forum is an acceptable form - similar to a ban from a house. Public accusations are not a means to ward off unwanted advertising.

The value priority is that external advertising means money, from which both sides must benefit. Otherwise, it's unfair. Take a look here in the imprint. It does not say Gerechtigkeits e.V. Reach is the capital.

A moderator, I believe there are not many here, cannot see everything. You can give a hint sometimes.
