What does the controlled residential ventilation have to do with the load transfer or the statics of the building? Structural engineers, like most architects, lack the training for this. They simply are not HVAC planners! The proofs are mostly done incidentally out of necessity. What sometimes comes out qualitatively is occasionally rather strange.
