Hello,
now that the land purchase has been completed, I would like to have a geotechnical survey carried out before entering into a contract with a construction company for the house build.
The plot is just under 580sqm and the house will be approximately 11m x 9m in size...
Do you know of a provider in the Hannover area who offers a reliable report with foundation recommendations at a fair price?
The company Helma has recommended the provider IGVP to us; there the geotechnical survey including 2 dynamic probing tests up to 5m, tabular evaluation and topographic site survey is to cost €695.
However, I do not know if the price is only valid in connection with a contract conclusion with Helma.
Does anyone have experience with the company Geoskop, which in turn is recommended by BöStein?
I also do not want to save in the wrong place, therefore quality is more important than price here.
What exactly should be examined and really makes sense?
Thank you in advance.
P.S. Can the soil conditions still fundamentally change if, for example, construction only starts in a year?
