I don't have the notice yet, but I suspect the calculation is so complex that a layperson can’t understand it, let alone operate an online calculator accordingly. Although I am not inexperienced in filling out questionnaires, I found this one quite difficult to understand and partly ambiguous. I also didn't find the examples attached in the completion instructions very informative.

I continue to doubt that this is a difficult implementation.

You simply select checkboxes, provide certain sizes, and the rest is done by some formula (it won't work differently in the administration either).

What would be important, however, is a good filling aid - I also went through the questionnaire yesterday and would put question marks on a few points. But mainly because I would rather underestimate there.

Did you find it somewhere on the Internet? I have only seen the Austrian one.
