Hello dear ones,
many thanks for the kind replies. I was actually only interested in the approach to the solution and the question of whether it is fundamentally possible and if the bank makes such a deal.

How is one supposed to calculate the value for the compulsory portion if it has not been sold yet? Selling under pressure is not a good idea.

Have you spoken with the daughter? That can all be explained and is understandable. Otherwise, I see two problems:
- You will probably have to pay extra, as no bank does something like that without interest
- What happens if the purchase price ultimately deviates from the estimate? Does she have to pay something back? Do you have to pay more? If she is already unwilling to negotiate now, do you want to sue for the money?
