Hello everyone,
briefly explaining the title: a construction road was created on our undeveloped property for the adjacent properties behind it. In the process, two boundary markers (wooden stakes with neon markings) were removed or buried. Two companies were present, neither of which claims to be responsible, and now it’s urgent. We only noticed it today during the inspection of our property, and the earthworks are scheduled to take place next week with the sand layer to be laid.
Now I am feverishly considering how I can at least restore 2 boundary points. I actually have all the necessary data: I have the exact coordinates of each point, I know every angle and every distance. But is it even possible for me to determine even a single point 'on my own' and stake it out with a tolerance of 10cm? ("It used to be done with a tape measure") Or do I now have to bite the bullet and invest 800€ and wait for a surveying office to have time?
