Where did you buy building land and how many square meters?

€1,500 is €1,500. I'd rather invest that in the still upcoming outdoor facilities than unjustly hand it over to the state. They take way too much everywhere anyway.

In Bavaria, €350/m2

1100sqm in Bavaria simply cost their price.

If we had built in Bonn at my girlfriend's place, the plot price would also be 360,000€.

In Berlin we just paid 600 and four years ago in Hamburg it was even more expensive

Let's be honest....ok....€1500 is also money.....but for costs of only €39,000 for the land I would gladly pay for repairs! Our land just cost us 10 times as much as yours!

but you probably have 10 times as much money there, otherwise no one could afford it there. and at €15/sqm you probably need a car for each person, since without a car you can't even buy bread....
