Property access junction area

Hello everyone,

we are currently planning our property, but our property is located on a corner or next to a junction area. According to the municipality, you are not allowed to build an access road in the junction area. How far away do you have to be approximately? We would have space at the front towards the main road; is there a regulation regarding how far away from the junction area you have to be or something like that?

Why don't you ask the [Gemeinde] or the [Landkreis]?

The municipality is not really cooperating, giving hardly any information, always just "Submit an application, we will check it..."
