Products for wall renovation Remmers vs. MEM

Hello, regarding the renovation of construction defects in the house built in 1997 (penetrating moisture at the boundary construction), I am dealing with moisture penetrating extensively from the neighbor's property, possibly in connection with a defective horizontal barrier. I have a quote from a specialist company that works with a chain of drill holes and masonry renovation using the [Remmers] brand. However, I usually do not trust the care of the "experts," which is why I am considering doing it carefully myself. Accordingly, I have informed myself on the Internet by downloading the relevant data sheets from [Remmers] and [MEM], with the approach roughly being similar for both brands, but there are some differences in detail. Material price [Remmers] = high, [MEM] = low. [Remmers] is mainly sold through specialist dealers, [MEM] in many hardware stores, both also available online. [MEM] is easy to obtain, especially for follow-up purchases. It is somewhat more difficult with [Remmers]. My current position is that you could safely take the cheaper [MEM], because I believe that success depends largely on the care taken in processing. What do you think of my opinion? Best regards Peter
