Problematic development plan

What bothers me most is the knee wall of 0.8m.

So why are you considering pursuing the property?

The only option I see here is the following:
- Install 0.5m thick knee walls to achieve a 1.30m knee wall (at 45°). Although this would reduce the living area by 8 sqm in an 8x8 house, at least there would be no dead corners.

I don’t understand ...?

Am I actually allowed to have a staggered gable or a shed roof?

If that is permitted in the "30-year-old development plan": yes

Would my development plan also allow something like that?

I have looked at the house programs of various prefabricated house providers, and they offer a variety of houses that comply with our development plan and meet our wishes. We are especially impressed by the house Kieferallee from Gussek Haus. This basically already has our desired floor plan.

You just have to imagine the 2-meter line with Gussek Haus, it is not drawn in.
Accordingly, I would always try to equip the slanted room up to the 2-meter limit in the bedroom with sliding doors* and then hide the wardrobe behind/underneath in a DIY style. It just has to be compatible with the floor plan.
