Problem with shadow on the property...Assessment

Well, cold feet ). No, honestly, I was put off recently when the plot was fully in the shade and the other offered plots next to us were not. That made me a bit suspicious, but since there is currently only a house next to us, the other plots can't get any shade so far. At least that's my theory. The nice thing about the plot is that it is not in a new development area where, at least for us, everything is very tight. The plot is also quite large at 650 m2 and in front of us, meaning towards the NE, no one can ever build because we own a 400 m2 green area there. I just think that because the sun is still very low at the moment, that's why there is shade, because it hasn't risen above the houses yet. In my opinion, that should hopefully change once the sun is higher, according to my logic.
