The window is placed on the last brick with a kind of profile. I believe this profile is about 3.5 cm high. Does anyone of you know more precisely?

It is the height from the finished floor.

That is correct, the window in the kitchen will be a bit higher so that the countertop can be high enough...

It is not about a windowsill. The window must fit exactly in height so that the countertop can run into it and have a height of 97.5 cm.

Yes, I'm not talking about the windowsill either, but about the base cabinets. ?! *confused* Oh, I see - sorry, I meant with the window you just shouldn't go too low. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter.

Starting from the kitchen ceiling, the roller shutter box and the window are removed (including tolerance for the installation of the window), then you already have the sill height.

Then you only need to calculate how many centimeters there are from the top edge of the finished floor to the specified sill height.

Otherwise, enlighten me!

I would leave the ceiling height aside for now.

With a countertop height of 97.5 cm and a thickness of 4 cm, the bottom edge is at 93.5 cm. Then I would add 2 cm for smoothing compound + adhesive + tolerance, so that the rough construction parapet height is 91.5 cm above the finished floor. Rough construction and finished floor is a strange combination, so better clarify that again with the [BU]. How thick the support profile of your window is, you have to check. For us, there are about 8 cm of profile under the closed sash - for you that would mean there are still 2 cm of space between the opening sash and the countertop.

PS: 97.5 cm countertop height is already quite high. Are you sure about that?

We actually want 97.5 cm. Our friends have it too and it feels great when working.
