The programs are known in and of themselves, at least to those who could give a tip about them.

Thank you for your assessment, Tina! Of course, I already called the KfW before asking the question. For the KfW, a building becomes an existing property once it has been occupied. There are certainly other deadlines in the Building Code or warranty law or tax law when it comes to depreciation, but for my question, it would be enough if someone could give me a tip about the process, even gladly via private message. First of all, I find the option of getting a tip via PM pretty lame. A forum is meant to let others participate. Secondly, I always get the feeling with such topics that it’s only about how to best (ab)use other people’s paid taxes for oneself. Would you build like this without any subsidies at all?
