Hello everyone,

we would like to hear your opinion on the floor plans, if you notice anything that doesn't work or if you would solve something differently/more cleverly. The plot is already in our possession. Since unfortunately no 2 full floors are allowed according to the development plan, we had to resort to the 3/4 regulation for the upper floor. This is really the first preliminary draft, so please do not pay too much attention to the arrangement of the furniture. This was freely added by the architect. The cadastral map refers to plot 609 and 610.

Hello, it's me, just skimmed through quickly but wouldn't you also improve the kitchen next to the utility room?

And to make the upstairs a bit more modern, I would hide the toilet behind a wall with the shower. The corner bathtub would be in the position of the shower and the sinks on the wall of the shower.

Bodo!

Yes, I would also place the kitchen next to the utility room or rather swap the utility room with the WC. Because the kitchen is so well located...

When you come out of the garage, the Her is better positioned. For example, shopping does not have to be carried far.

Oh dear...

: Please black out the creator of this draft and re-upload the drafts.
Unfortunately, I have to delete them.

Regards, Yvonne

I correct myself: I have changed the two floor plans and re-uploaded them as JPG.
